As a part of the MOVE! for Health board I have had the opportunity to plan and lead exercise classes for people with neurologic conditions in the Mount Pleasant, MI community. Through this experience I have been able to work on creating salient exercises for participants as well as putting my technical abilities to use creating advertising on facebook and in the community and exercise videos together for participants and the community.
